There is no need to have any prior knowledge or experience of Yoga, complete beginners can enjoy these retreats alongside experienced Yogis, because Yoga is all about you and how you feel.
Our Yoga teachers will guide you gently into a state of gentle relaxation, help you to take time out for yourself away from the stress of everyday life, and explain the Yoga Kitchen food philosophy which is not only yummy, but healthy and soothing.
